Bespoke Leadership Development Programmes
We also offer a 12-week bespoke Leadership Development Programme for those companies wishing to deliver to their whole team in one programme. The programme is delivered through a combination of classroom content and ‘live coaching’ on site over a 3-month period depending on attendee numbers. Each classroom session is followed by support with practical application, rotating each learner’s place of work.
